Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing the E4 Nutrition System and any related upsell products. We are committed to your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products and services. Please review our return policy carefully.
• Refunds are available only to the original purchaser and apply to purchases made directly from our website. If you bought the product through a third-party vendor, please refer to their return policy.
Access to refunded products may be terminated upon approval of your refund request
We stand behind the quality of the E4 Nutrition System. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Upon approval, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price via the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Access to the E4 Nutrition System program and any associated bonuses will be revoked upon the processing of your refund. Due to the digital nature of the product, you agree to delete any downloaded materials and cease all use of the content after receiving a refund.
Your purchase is for personal use only and is non-transferable. Sharing, distributing, or reselling the program or its content is strictly prohibited.
If you purchased any additional digital products at the same time as the main E4 Nutrition System, the following policy applies:
Refund eligibility for upsell products will be determined at the time of purchase. If upsell products are refundable, requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests for these upsell products must be made at the same time as your refund request for the E4 Nutrition System. Please specify any upsell products in your email request to ensure accurate processing.
We reserve the right to update or change the upsell products offered. The refund policy will apply to any upsell products available at the time of your purchase, whether listed here or not.
If you purchase any live support services associated with the E4 Nutrition System (such as group coaching calls, workshops, or one-on-one coaching), the following policy applies:
Refunds for live coaching services are only available if requested before the first live session has been attended. Once a live session has been attended, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered. If your program includes multiple live sessions, a prorated refund may be considered for future, unused sessions, at our discretion.
Refund requests may be denied if:
• The request is made after the 30-day refund window
• There is evidence of extensive use of the product without genuine engagement.
• Multiple refund requests are made by the same purchaser.
• The policy is suspected to be misused or abused.
If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in loss of access to all products and services.
To request a refund for any eligible products, please follow these steps:

Include your full name, order number, and a brief reason for your refund request.
If requesting a refund for any upsell products or live coaching services, please specify those in your email.
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days, and you will be notified once your refund has been completed.
All content provided through the E4 Nutrition System is the intellectual property of E4 Nutrition. By purchasing the program, you agree not to copy, distribute, or use the material beyond personal use. This applies even after a refund has been processed.
This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Palmer, Alaska, USA.
By purchasing our products and services, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or inability to use the product.
