Led by Dr. Katie Gatica, PT, DPT, a plant based nutrition coach, Plant Powered Food Freedom is a highly supportive and individualized 6-month program designed to help participants achieve and maintain a healthy body weight, regain their overall health and wellbeing, overcome food addictions, and create habits to sustain their health for a lifetime. Participants will achieve their health goals through the structured implementation of a whole foods plant based diet in combination with food addiction recovery, mindset, and habit formation principles, and will be supported with regular live group coaching calls, daily connection with a like-minded community, and readily accessible online materials to support learning and progress.
